How do I report a maintenance issue? Submit a request via TownSq with a picture and detailed description. You can track the status of your request in TownSq.
How do I get a mailbox key? Obtain the key from the previous owner or contact a locksmith.
Compliance
I just received a violation notice. Who can I talk to about it? Contact information is available on the notice you received.
I need to report an issue with a neighbor's home. Submit a request via TownSq and include a picture and as much detail as possible where applicable.
Is there a list of community rules for tenants? A copy of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) is available at www.goodwintx.com (search for your community name).
